Carbonate Hardness generator is an ideal stable pH buffer suitable for small aquaria through to large scale aquaculture and live seafood holding applications both fresh and saltwater. Carbonate Hardness generator will provide a more stable pH for longer than when using pH up (sodium bicarbonate) because of its broad spectrum of buffers in the mix. This means you will use less KH generator. Available in powder or also in tablet form for easy application. Bulk sizes available in re-sealable buckets for commercial application. 40g/1000L raises the KH value of water by approx 20ppm. Dose Rate: 4gm per 100 litres.
