What happens if my fish arrives deceased?
We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. If your fish or plants do not arrive in good health, please take a clear photo of the specimen inside the unopened bag and contact us within 24 hours of delivery to receive a store credit or replacement.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Dry goods are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. For live orders, we dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend transit delays. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 1-3 business days once shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
